Because all of our products are custom‑designed and made to order, we follow a clear and fair refund policy to ensure transparency for every customer.
Custom Orders
All custom designs, licence plate frames, and 3D‑printed parts are created specifically for you.
For this reason, custom orders are non‑refundable once the design process has begun.
Before printing, we provide a digital preview for your approval. This ensures you have the opportunity to review the design and request adjustments before production starts.
Design Fees & Upfront Payment
To begin any custom project, payment is required upfront.
This covers:
• Design time
• 3D modelling
• Preparation for manufacturing
Once payment is made and design work has started, refunds are not available.
Manufacturing Errors
If there is an issue caused by us — such as a defect, incorrect print, or quality problem — we will remake or replace the item at no cost.
We may request photos to assess the issue.
Fitment Issues
We design parts based on the information you provide.
If incorrect measurements or details are supplied, refunds cannot be offered.
However, we’re always happy to help adjust or redesign the part at a reduced cost.
Shipping Issues
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind
Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after the design process has started.
