3. Customizable Products

We offer a range of customizable parts, including:

• Motorcycle licence plate frames

• Vehicle accessories

• Drone components

• Other 3D‑printed parts

All products are manufactured on demand using the materials you select.

3.1 Customization Limits

Because our products are used on vehicles and drones, certain legal and safety rules apply. Customizations must not:

  • Obstruct, cover, or interfere with a licence plate

  • Include reflective, mirror‑like, or shining surfaces where prohibited

  • Reduce visibility, safety, or compliance with road or aviation regulations

  • Include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content

  • Compromise the structural integrity of the part

We reserve the right to decline or adjust any customization that violates these rules or is not feasible due to material or manufacturing constraints.

3.2 Review and Approval

All customization requests are reviewed before production.

If something needs clarification or adjustment, we’ll contact you.

If a request cannot be fulfilled, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it has been approved for production.

4.2 Production Start

Production begins only after:

• Your customization is approved

• Any required changes are agreed upon

• Payment is completed

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the website are “from” prices based on our standard designs and typical customization options.

• If you request a new, unique, or highly customized design that requires additional design work, materials, or production time, we will review the request and provide a final price quote before production begins.

• Production will only start once you have approved the final price and completed payment.

• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed and approved orders will not be affected.

• Payment must be completed before production begins.

6. Production and Delivery

6.1 Production Time

Production times vary based on:

• Material choice

• Customization complexity

• Printer queue and workload

Estimated times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

6.2 Shipping

Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

7. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

7.1 Changes

Changes can be made before production starts.

Once printing begins, changes may not be possible.

7.2 Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before production starts receive a full refund.

• Orders cancelled after production begins may not be eligible for a refund due to the custom nature of the product.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are available when:

• The product is defective

• The product does not match the approved customization

• We cannot fulfil your order

Refunds are not available for:

• Customer errors in submitted customization details

• Change of mind after production begins

8. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

• All customization details (text, measurements, images) are correct

• Your requested design complies with local laws and regulations

• The product is installed and used safely

We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Materials and Performance

3D‑printed parts behave differently depending on:

  • Material type

  • Environmental conditions

  • Installation method

  • Mechanical stress

We provide general guidance, but you are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your intended use.

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs, templates, and product configurations created by us remain our intellectual property.

• You must have the rights to any content you submit.

• By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it solely for producing your order.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to replacements, repairs, or refunds for major failures as defined by the ACL.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
